the environmental impact
We think hard about the environmental impact of our products, and take action to make the most environmentally-friendly products on the market. Based in Miami, Florida, and with over 30 years of game play, it's safe to say we know how golf gloves and accessories should work. We have tested all of our products extensively with both professionals and amateurs alike, and are proud to have the best gloves on the green. What we are most proud of however, are our environmentally-friendly products. We have done our part to bring the most sustainable products to you at an affordable price. What makes our gloves environmentally-friendly?
Leather from food source animals
All of our leather products, including the Cabretta Leather Golf Glove, are produced from food-sourced animals.
By supporting farms that use all parts of the animal, we can ensure our leather products come from a sustainable, waste-free, and cruelty-free environment.
Bamboo fabrics and tees
Bamboo is one of the most sustainable crops on the planet. According to Econation, bamboo uses fewer pesticides and requires less water than other fibrous crops. It also grows quickly and in a large variety of environments. Using bamboo in our products is a no-brainer when it comes to lessening our environmental footprint.
When natural fibers such as leather or bamboo are not available, we turn to recycled plastic. It is well known that plastic is clogging our landfills, dirtying our beaches, and even affecting golf courses.
Karibe Golf wants to reduce this plastic waste by supporting the recycling industry and sourcing our plastic from second-hand suppliers and recyclers.
